There are currently 13 staff members, among which 3 hold associate senior professional titles, 2 have doctoral degrees, and 11 have master's degrees. There is 1 "National Patent Information Practitioner," 1 "Jiangsu Province Intellectual Property Core Talent," 2 people hold the qualification of scientific and technological novelty review auditors, 5 people hold the qualification of novelty reviewers, and the core members have over ten years of experience in the intellectual property industry, covering various disciplines such as science, engineering, humanities, and management.

The center integrates high-quality intellectual property expert resources from society, gathers outstanding talents and key personnel, and builds a professional intellectual property research and consulting team. Committed to becoming a distinctive intellectual property development research think tank with prominent strengths, it serves as a core think-tank for important intellectual property-related decisions of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, the Yangtze River Delta region, and local governments, and an important external brain for the industry and enterprises to achieve innovative development through intellectual property analysis and review consulting.
